First clause: PRELUDE
The following general terms are applied to any major person making a purchase transaction via the site http://www.zaynab-styliste.com
Second clause: BILL OF SALE
By using this site (and ordering) you signify your complete agreement of these terms of use. A ratified order constitutes the bill of sale between ZAYNAB and the customer. Orders place on http://www.zaynab-styliste.com bind the customer as soon as the order is ratified and the payment accepted.
Third clause: ITEMS
All items on the site are ZAYNAB ’s creation. Each item is presented with its characteristics, size, colour and reference.
Fourth clause: AVAILABILITY
ZAYNAB makes each article. It is a small production and some items are even one and only. Ten days at least are needed for the making up. Unavailable articles are withdrawn from the site automatically. The making up of the models depends on the available stock of fabrics and accessories.
Fifth clause: PLACING AN ORDER ON LINE
Ordering is quick, easy and secure. Use the dropdown menus to select items. Then, click the “add to shopping bag” button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You may view your shopping bag anytime, add or suppress an item as long as your payment is not ratified. Your order will be ratified only after your registration and your payment. The final ratifying of your order occurs after the acceptance of your payment.
Sixth clause: PAYMENT
If you order from France and Corsica, send your payment by cheque (in euros), Western Union write out to ZAYNAB or * bank transfer at the following address:

Your order will be valid for ten days; beyond this time allowed if we don’t receive your payment, your order will be cancel. Your item will be sown up only at the receipt of your payment.
* for any payment by bank transfer in France and Corsica the transaction costs will be refunded at the receipt of your transfer.
Seventh clause: DUTIES
For some countries apart from France, Dom-Tom and European Union, you may have to pay taxes and duties for your parcels. These taxes and duties must be paid at the delivery of your parcel. You are asked to refer to duties in your country.
Eighth clause: DELIVERY TIME
Your parcel will be delivered by * “colissimo suivi” postal service at the delivery address mentioned on your order. *a parcel with guaranteed delivery If you are away, a note will be left in your letter box. For France and Corsica, items can be delivered between 48 hours and 8 working days. For the Dom-Tom and E.U countries between 8 and 15 working days. For the United States, Canada and countries in Africa and Oceania between 10 and 18 working days. These deliveries’ terms are given for your guidance. If there is any delay, you cannot annul the order, refuse the parcel or ask for damages. ZAYNAB frees itself from its deliveries obligation for any fortuitous event or “force majeure” (any circumstances outside its control). The day your parcel is sent, our system provides you with an online message notifying you the number of the “colissimo-suivi”.
Ninth clause: DELIVERIES’COSTS
If you place an order from France or Corsica, the delivery costs 8 euros. For other countries, deliveries ‘costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination.
Tenth clause: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any raison you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it – at the following address- within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund of the purchase amount less the deliveries ‘costs.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packing, undamaged and ticketed; subject to the fact that they have never been worn, used, washed or damaged. Returned items will be exchanged with any other item of your choice and return postage are offered. If you choose to be refunded, return postage is part of your charges. We will send at your delivery’s address a cheque for the purchase amount less the deliveries’ costs.
ZAYNAB’s collection is 100% made in FRANCE as well as the English site – we hope a good comprehension !
